This Code strives to ensure that consumers are provided with consistent and accurate information to enable them to make informed decisions about the suitability of seed for sowing.

| Application of the Code |
This Code applies to seeds sold or supplied for the purpose of sowing.
Responsibility for Label Information
In general, every written statement made regarding the contents of a parcel of seed by a vendor, despite any agreement to the contrary, constitutes a warranty by the vendor that all particulars contained in the statement are true and correct.
